Becky Duebeck, ACMHC

I work with adults navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods including ACT, DBT, and hypnotherapy. Therapy with me focuses on calming the nervous system, understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, and building practical skills you can use in everyday life. Our work is collaborative, structured, and compassionate.

 

Sessions are a balance of support and skill-building. You’ll have space to process your experiences while also learning tools to manage emotions, reduce overwhelm, and move forward with intention. Progress doesn’t have to be rushed it can be steady, thoughtful, and empowering.

 

Starting therapy takes courage. You deserve a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you build a life that feels more grounded and aligned with who you are.
