Amy Pollard, LCSW

Hello!
I believe deeply in your capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with your strengths. I became a therapist because I find genuine fulfillment in walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own potential for change. Whether you are facing life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, or depression, I am here to support you in finding healing and renewed hope. I care deeply about my clients and am committed to building authentic, trusting relationships. My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are, honoring your experiences, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel valued, heard, and empowered. Together, we work to build insight, increase self-awareness, and develop practical skills that support meaningful and lasting change I am trained in EMDR and incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create a thoughtful plan to help you move forward one small, meaningful step at a time.
