Pre-School & Elementary Parenting Group
Ages 4–11

This group is designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 4 to 11, spanning the pre-school and elementary years. During this stage, children are developing emotional awareness, self-regulation, social skills, and early problem-solving abilities. Behavior during these years is often shaped by a growing need for independence alongside continued reliance on caregivers for emotional guidance and security.

Parents in this group learn developmentally appropriate, research-informed strategies to support emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and guide behavior with consistency and connection. The focus is on helping children build confidence, resilience, and healthy relational skills while maintaining clear and supportive boundaries.

This group is well suited for families navigating:

  • Emotional outbursts, frustration, or difficulty with transitions

  • Social challenges at school or with peers

  • Increasing independence alongside continued emotional needs

  • Early anxiety, self-doubt, or behavioral concerns

  • Strengthening parent-child connection during key developmental years

The pre-school and elementary years lay the foundation for emotional health, coping skills, and relationship patterns later in life. This group supports parents in guiding their children through this stage with clarity, confidence, and warmth.
